Whenever I’m being too serious for a photoshoot, I like to sneak in a silly face. And somehow @marctaraz always knows how to capture it so well 😂💕
@gardein tacos with @followyourheart vegan mayo! You Can basically add anything to it and they will taste amazing. I added tomatoes, Red onion, radish, and cilantro. I didn’t have any avocados but if I did these tacos would have been even extra good 💕💕
I have a weakness for tofu and once in a while I love to fry tofu! 😱😭💕
I made some fried tofu and made bowls out of anything I had at home. In this case: rice, baked sweet potato, green beans, and watermelon radish! .
1 block of extra firm tofu
1/2 cup of almond milk
1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce
1/4 cup flour (for batter)
1 cup of flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
In a sauce pan add a good amount of oil (for deep frying) and heat it up. .
In a small bowl mix : almond milk, teriyaki sauce, and 1/4 cup of flour.
In another small bowl mix: 1 cup of flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder. .
Cut the block of tofu into small squares. Dip them in the batter, then into the dry mixture, and then back into the batter. And drop it into oil. Let it cook and flip them! .
Once ready place them in a cooling rack and DONEEEE :) .
Reposting this beauty because it’s a favorite of mine. And I’m sure if you’re vegan you’ve probably made this at some point in your life :P .

- 1 can of black beans
- 1-2 large avocados
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/4 small purple cabbage
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro - Lime juice

I miss this recipe so much. As I explained before I recently realized that i can’t have chickpeas anymore :( but I’m reposting this for everyone who can eat them:)
This bowl was fantastic and what really made it was the @followyourheart Creamy Garlic dressing! I can’t tell you enough how much I LOVE IT!
Corn on the cob
1 stalk of Bok Choi(per bowl)
Creamy garlic dressing
Vegan Parmesan .
First grill your corn on the cob, then cut it to separate the bone from the good part.
In a bowl add your chickpeas and sprinkle a little smoked paprika and mix it well.
Grill your Bok Choi> the way I did it was, I used a cast iron without oil and just cooked it there until it was grilled :)
And you want to bake your potatoes. First cut them into wedges, add a tiny bit of oil, some Italian seasonings, and bake them at 420 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Combine all in a bowl and sprinkle some fresh parsley, @followyourheart creamy garlic dressing, and some Vegan Parmesan as well!
I hope you guys enjoy this. It was so fun to make and I died of how delicious it was.
Make sure to smile today 💕😊

Meet my little Mooshi. This is my sweetie baby boy. If you read my last post with my other fur baby, you’ll know that I adopted him from the @animalhopeandwellness foundation :) he was such a popular baby boy that I’ve seen him in pictures with many people from before he came into my life 💕💕💕
One of the best salads I’ve ever made!
1/2 block of extra firm tofu
3 cloves of garlic
1 watermelon radish
In a pan (preferably cast iron) add some olive oil and sesame oil and start cooking your tofu. I cooked it to get somewhat charred! Once it was getting crispy I added my chopped onion and garlic and let it cook.
In a bowl add kale, watermelon radish 3/4 of your avocado, and the tofu and onions (I added some green beans to it cause I had leftover but you don’t have to). In a separate container add the 1/4 avocado, some lime juice, olive oil, and salt and mash the avocado to make a dressing, (make it as liquidy as you can hehe)
Add dressing to salad and serve and eat and cry from goodness
BBQ tempeh sandwich. So good you’ll absolutely love it!
All you need for the Tempe is:
A block of tempeh
A splash Veggie broth
A splash of soy sauce
In a pan add a little oil, add the tempeh and add the rest of the ingredients on each side of the Tempeh and cook until it gets some charred spots.
Make any sandwich and let the tempeh make it better ;)
This post is super important because this Lady bug right here changed my life. Believe it or not, this little Lady would have become someone’s food. She was rescued from a slaughterhouse in China and I am forever grateful to the @animalhopeandwellness foundation for all the beautiful work they do to save these innocent creatures. I am very lucky to have had the opportunity to adopt two fur babies from them. I will do another post soon with a picture of my other baby! In the meantime, check @ladyandmooshi for more pics of my loves. 💕💕💕
