I’m a big believer that simple changes in life can make the biggest difference. One of the best things I’ve done in the past 5 years is work on creating new habits that lead to a positive, healthier lifestyle. I’ve shared some simple advice about habit that I’ve learned through my own experiences on my story, so if you are feeling down, tired, stressed, confused or just need something simple to help you refocus and make some progress in achieving a goal, definitely check that out or send me a message as I’d love to help you guys out! Have a great weekend everyone! #seeaustralia#newsouthwales#fromwhereidrone
From a trip to Banff and Jasper last October. @will.travel_ and I stopped off at Moraine Lake to see Larch Valley and grab a quick paddle in our canoe on the famous lake. We paddled for about 30 minutes and had sun, snow, rain and wind all in that short time... only in the Rockies.
Tell someone you love them today, make their heart full.
Repping my @campbrandgoods Bear sweater on Aussie adventures 🙌🏼 it’s funny how Aussies are terrified of bears in Canada yet in my opinion they have the scariest animals on the planet! Tells you how much perspective really matters. 🤷🏼♂️
PS it’s amazing what we can do with photo editing nowadays - here are two different takes on the same shot of me at Elabana falls in Lamington N.P., Australia 🇦🇺 thanks for pressing the trigger @caseyjaymoore 🙌🏼
A crisp, clear morning in New Zealand.
I think this spot will remain one of my favourite views for a very long time, maybe forever. From a morning that I shared with a group of strangers who became good friends 🙌🏼 #NZMustDo
If you don’t know the name of this mountain, have you even been to Banff?! (Swipe for full image 🤘🏻)
One of the best things I did in 2017 was build a bed in the back of my car - it was the kind of thing that turned me into a nomad, allowed me to live in the moment and go where I pleased. Most importantly, it has allowed me to drop what I’m doing and go straight to a beautiful place on little notice and enjoy all it has to offer, like this sunrise at Spray Lakes ❤️ thanks @caseyjaymoore for snapping this 🤘🏻 #exploreCanada#travelAlberta
Everyday we wake up with a fresh slate, an open road to a mountain of opportunity - what will you do with that open road today?
Weekend adventures with @caseyjaymoore, it’s always awesome getting up close to the base of a waterfall and feeling the pure force of the wind flying off the falls 💨💦 thanks for the adventure swag @campbrandgoods 🙌🏼

Saw something the other day that merely stated “the grind”, sacrificing sleep and sometimes even your health to achieve something - is actually an utter lack of self respect and understanding of your body. In many ways I would agree that achieving success requires sacrifice and consistent effort, however I’d argue that taking a step back to reflect, evaluate and listen to your body is equally important.
This could mean taking a small amount of time away from your pursuit, spending time with loved ones or merely getting an extra hour of sleep that your body is begging you for. For me, #MadeForGoodLiving is pursuing the big adventure and creating what I am passionate about, but also being aware of my health and listening to myself so I can be at my best to add value to the lives of others. #FrankAndOak#YesFO#thisisqueensland#seeaustralia thanks @caseyjaymoore for the snap 🙌🏼
LEARN: I’m a big believer that those who succeed, fail the most - it’s those repetitive efforts that eventually lead to improvement and success. I’ve been struggling to find my voice as a creator lately and have spent a lot of time experimenting. This photo is a prime example of a fail, I have been trying to create shots with depth and have been consistently missing focus, I’m sharing this so I can look back in some time and see my improvement. #thisisqueensland#seeaustralia@queensland@australia
Morning light on the massive glaciers of Mount Cook N.P. If there is a place where a landscape feels truly alive this would be it, we slept through the night listening to the glacier crack, often followed by the boom of a massive avalanche. I’ve never seen a landscape so active in my life. #NZMustDo#PureNewZealand#TravelNewZealand#NewZealand
Ventured out the other morning to find that the fairy pools don’t exist during high tide 🙈 thanks @campbrandgoods for keeping our heads protected from the blistering sun and crashing waves down under 🙌🏼
I had no plan to do Astro photography when going on my trip to New Zealand but it turns out they have some of the darkest skies in the world. You could see the Milky Way so clearly with your naked eye, I had no choice but to take a self portrait under the stars in Mount Cook National Park. (PS, that bright spot is another galaxy 😳)
Chasing waterfalls. Who can guess what month of the year this was taken?!
Surf’s up amigos! The massive swell in Noosa this weekend had a lot of people stoked. We showed up to hike at sunrise and couldn’t even find a spot to park before 5AM, I guess big swells in Aus are a lot like big powder dumps in Canada, absolute madness. #thisisqueensland
