What consistency, self-discipline, eating healthy and taking time to work on yourself can do. I don't look at the scale to measure how fit I am, I look at the difference of how I feel compared to then and now. It may not be a huge difference but I can see it, and I'm proud. I'm am not done, I am a work in progress.
