I am at a crossroads right now, I’m not sure if I should ‘bulk’ over the winter and focus more on strength training or do a mini cut and focus more on calisthenics? I just put up a YouTube video talking about my thoughts on this (Simnett Nutrition). I love both styles of training but can’t do it all!
