Ingredients:  2 cups oat flour  2 scoops Wild West Maple Bacon Protein Powder (or any flavor SLAP! or WW Whey)  1 1/4 tsp baking powder  1/4 tsp salt  4 tsp honey  2 tbs unsweetened applesauce  8 tsp liquid egg whites  1/2 tsp vanilla .  For the filling:  1/4 cup  regular or sugar free syrup  1/4 tsp cinnamon . For the icing:  1 oz fat free or regular cream cheese  1/2 scoop Maple Bacon protein Powder  Unsweetened almond milk  Dash vanilla . Preheat oven to 350. For dough, mix dry ingredients together; slowly add in wet ingredients. Knead together until you get a stiff dough. Roll dough on floured surface into a long rectangle. Spread filling mixture onto dough. Roll dough into a nice tube, bro. Cut roll into 16 slices. Place rolls on greased baking dish, evenly spaced. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together icing ingredients with a mixer. Add enough almond milk to get the desired consistency you want. Remove cinnamon rolls from oven and drizzle FO SHIZZLE with icing. Sprinkle bacon bits for extra jazz.

Everything is better when there's chocolate spewing from it, right? 🍫 . Molten Chocolate Lava Cakes Ingredients: 4 tablespoons butter 1 ounce chocolate, chopped 1 (more) ounce chocolate broken into 4 equal pieces 6 packets stevia 2 eggs 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 cup almond flour 1 scoop SLAP! Molten Chocolate Truffle Whey 1 teaspoon baking powder Microwave butter and chopped chocolate in a large bowl, stopping to stir often, until melted, about 1 minute. Whisk Stevia, eggs, cocoa, vanilla and salt into chocolate mixture until smooth. In separate bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder and baking powder. Whisk the flour mixture into the chocolate mixture until combined. Divide batter evenly between 4 (6-ounce) ramekins or mugs. Press 1 chocolate piece into the center of each cake. Microwave at 50 percent power for 45 seconds. Cake should be slightly wet around edges of mug and somewhat drier toward the center. Let cake rest for 2 minutes. Macros: Approx. 21f/15c/11p per serving.

In case you missed our weekly MACRO FRIENDLY RECIPE ROUNDUP email blast, here’s one for the books. We're really ridiculously excited about this recipe. You should be too. The question is, do you eat the head or the butt of the gummy bear first? 🤪 35% today as well with code ‘macromadness’ . Pre-Workout Gummies Ingredients: 2 scoops Wild West, SLAP! or Yep, It's Vegan Pre Workout . 2 scoops Wild West, SLAP! or Yep, It's Vegan BCAA's (optional) . 1 packet JELLO . 3 packets unflavored gelatin . 7/8 cup ICE COLD water . Chill your water in the freezer for 10-15 minutes in a microwave safe bowl. Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a separate mixing bowl. Once your pre-workout, jello and unflavored gelatin are mixed well slowly add it to your ice cold water. Whisk it all together until it is well blended. Let the mixture sit until it has thickened up. You should be able to jiggle the bowl and it barely moves, similar to jello. After it has set, microwave the bowl for 1 minute on high and whisk again. Spoon mixture into molds. Place in freezer for 12-15 mins. They will be solid, but gummy to the touch when they are ready. Store them in the refrigerator.
