Healthy and filling dish!! CAULIFLOWER RICE: Wash and chop one large cauliflower into individual pieces of cauliflower. 2) steam the cauliflower pieces over low heat. 3) When the cauliflower appears cooked - yet not too soft, remove it from the heat to cool. 4) Once cooled, begin to grab the individual pieces of cauliflower and with a sharp knife begin to chop them over and over, until they become small particles that appear to look like rice grains. 5) Place the cauliflower rice in a pan, chop up one onion and 4 cloves of garlic, mixing it in the pan with the rice. 5) on low heat, add olive oil and sea salt and begin to stir the cauliflower rice, onion, garlic and olive oil together. FRIED RICE: 1) Wash and dice carrots, celery, mushrooms and zucchini. You may also add Chinese broccoli if you wish. 2) Cut one large brown onion and 6 cloves of garlic. On low heat, stir fry this with one large tablespoon of coconut oil. 2) Once stir fried, add the Cut vegetables, adding 1-3 cups of beef broth. Allow them to cook on low heat until the veggies soak up all the broth and water. 3) Once the water is completely vanished, and the veggies are cooked, add two tablespoons of organic cooking gelatine. Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder and garlic powder. 4) Add in the cooked cauliflower rice and stir it all together, continuing on low heat. 5) Drizzle the amount of coconut aminos in the fried rice and toss around for extra flavour. Serve with fresh avocado and enjoy!!
