I'm feeling the spring sensation! This Marinade is easy and quick to make, not to mention delicious! 1) In a pan on low heat, combine one diced red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 cup of orange juice (freshly squeezed from an 2 or more oranges), 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, pinch of salt, 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of organic natural honey, two tablespoons of tigernut flour, a drizzle of coconut aminos and two tablespoons of coconut oil. 2) Combine together on low heat and leave to simmer until the sauce becomes thick. 3) Marinate the raw chicken breast skewers in the sauce and leave for a few hours in the fridge. A lovely way to have my schnitzel recipe! 1) In a bowl add one cup of cassava flour, 1/4 cup of coconut flour, 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, pinch of Himalayan salt and 3/4 cups of water. Combine together until you form a dough. 2) Begin to knead the dough and divide it into equal little balls. 3) You may wish to dust arrowroot flour to ensure the dough is not sticky. Place each dough ball on a seperate piece of baking paper, and place another piece of baking paper on top of each ball. Use a rolling pin to roll out the ball into a round thin wrap. Alternatively, you may use a tortilla roller. 4) On low heat, spread coconut oil onto a flat pan, and cook each flat wrap, flipping every few minutes. The famous schnitzel you have all been waiting for! 1) In a large bowl, add 2 cups of cassava flour, one large onion finely diced, 3 cloves of garlic diced, parsley, basil, rosemary and one tablespoon of Himalayan salt. Mix these ingredients together. 2) Cut the desired amount of organic free range chicken breast into long schnitzel like shapes and/or nuggets. 3) In a large plate, pour one can of organic coconut milk. 4) Begin to dip the chicken pieces into the coconut milk, and then in the battered flour mixture. Wondering what you can have my chicken patties with? Try out these mushroom buns! Follow my previous recipe post to make the chicken patties, and cut up various vegetables to place inside your burger: lettuce, cucumber, avocado, etc... wash two large portabella mushrooms and grill them until cooked and crisp. Simple, fresh and quick! SALMON: 1) Wash the desired numbers of wild caught salmon you wish to cook. Marinate them in olive oil and Himalayan salt. 2) In a pan, fry up the fish, keeping it on medium heat and turning the fish every few minutes. For crispy skin, cook until well done. Bok Choy) Wash and cut bok Choy into thin edible pieces. Cut one onion thinly and 5 cloves garlic. 2) Place the greens in a wok and stir fry them on low heat with a few drizzles of avocado oil, adding salt, the onions and garlic. You may also wish to add fennel for extra flavour 3) Serve the veggies and salmon on a plate with a serving of fresh avocado for a more filling meal. Nothing like a nice homemade creation! Delicious and nutritious meal! 1) finely Cut one large onion, 6 cloves of garlic, 6 celery pieces, 6 carrots and 3 cups of mushrooms. Apart from the onion and garlic, place all the Cut veggies into a plate to keep on the side for cooking later. 2)In a wok, add one large tablespoon of coconut oil, and stir fry the onion and garlic together on low heat. Add 1.5kg of organic mince chicken or beef (your choice) and let it simmer on low heat. Add 1-3 tablespoons of beef broth collagen for salty flavour. 3) Add in the veggies and allow the meat and veggies to simmer on low heat, soaking up all the broth collagen. Add one tablespoon of turmeric powder, garlic powder and cumin powder. When all the water is evaporated and the veggies are soft, remove from heat. 4)Wash and cut 5 organic zucchinis into three pieces. 5) Place them in a steamer or alternatively steam on low heat on the stove. 6) Once soft, mash the zucchini, adding drizzles of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of cooking gelatin and a pinch of Himalayan salt. 7) In paper cups, Place the meat and mixed veggies equally. Finally the request is fulfilled- the complete banana loaf recipe!! 1) Combine two bananas in a food processor with 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil and 1.5 tablespoons of powder gelatin 2) With the mixed batter, add 1 cup of tigernut flour, 1/4 cup of cassava flour, a pinch of salt and one tablespoon of baking powder. Great after work meal! VEGETABLES: 1) Cut up one cauliflower, and 4 zucchinis, washing them and placing them in a large pan. Stir fry them in the pan with some olive oil, salt and beef broth. Leave them to steam. MEAT: Salt and garnish the desired amount of T-bone steaks with Himalayan salt. On a pan with low heat, add one tablespoon of avocado oil and allow the meat to cook. Flip it on both sides every few minutes and remove from pan once it's cooked to your liking (rare, medium rare, well done, etc...). Healthy and filling dish!! CAULIFLOWER RICE: Wash and chop one large cauliflower into individual pieces of cauliflower. 2) steam the cauliflower pieces over low heat. 3) When the cauliflower appears cooked - yet not too soft, remove it from the heat to cool. 4) Once cooled, begin to grab the individual pieces of cauliflower and with a sharp knife begin to chop them over and over, until they become small particles that appear to look like rice grains. 5) Place the cauliflower rice in a pan, chop up one onion and 4 cloves of garlic, mixing it in the pan with the rice. 5) on low heat, add olive oil and sea salt and begin to stir the cauliflower rice, onion, garlic and olive oil together. FRIED RICE: 1) Wash and dice carrots, celery, mushrooms and zucchini. You may also add Chinese broccoli if you wish. 2) Cut one large brown onion and 6 cloves of garlic. On low heat, stir fry this with one large tablespoon of coconut oil. 2) Once stir fried, add the Cut vegetables, adding 1-3 cups of beef broth. Allow them to cook on low heat until the veggies soak up all the broth and water. 3) Once the water is completely vanished, and the veggies are cooked, add two tablespoons of organic cooking gelatine. Add a tablespoon of turmeric powder and garlic powder. 4) Add in the cooked cauliflower rice and stir it all together, continuing on low heat. 5) Drizzle the amount of coconut aminos in the fried rice and toss around for extra flavour.
