Five Minutes of Movement #1
🤘 Day 1 is coming in hot. This first video focuses on the hips, low back and spine. This will get you moving and feeling good at any time of the day - in the morning, before bed, pre/post training, etc.

- 90/90 hip rotations x 10 reps
- 90/90 glute stretch x 30 seconds
- 90/90 glute activation x 10 reps
- Child's pose x 30 seconds
- Cat/Cow x 30 seconds
- Mountain climber + t-spine x 5 reps
