There is one performance that cannot go unnoticed after the meet of December 16 and it's the 400 meters run by Nour Hadid who set a lifetime best of 48.25 seconds which confirms his 200 meters' record of 21.22 seconds established earlier this year.
We can only compare him with Mohamad Siraj Tamim who was the 100m record holder of 10.59 and who broke the 400m record at the end of his career with 48.08 seconds. We shouldn't forget that Tamim set the bar high and as a proof, his 100m record was broken by 0.01.
Personal Bests of Nour Hadid:
Two Youth athletes also did a great job on that day: Omar Khayat: 54.64 on and Joe Azar: PB 6.15m in .
