WEIGHTS OR CARDIO??? I get this questions A LOT from people. “Should I do weights or cardio to look like you?” In my opinion, do what makes you happy. If you’re in the gym doing weights and you hate it, you won’t feel good and results won’t be the best they could be! If you love marathon running, do it! Weight training? You go! I do a mix because I love to run but I love my good weight training sessions too 😋 I love my training, which influences how I think, how confident I am, and my passion and anticipation for the next day!
