Diferencie between exercising and training:
You must realize that in order to grow you must put your body under ,,tension,, where it must adapt to the new situation. And keep repeating it. Basic and easy example might be that I have never saw skinny person lifting 100kg on the bench press. So now to the point. I came across the opinion that training with a note is stupid as same stupid is to train with a wrist straps. I dont think I could disagree with this fact even more ... both of these things help you firstly to prevent yourself from injury through no ego lifting and safe lifting and secondly help you to put more performance and knowledge into your lifting. Those were just 2 examples of training support accessories from many you may use. But the most beneficial and crucial and also the cheapest as its fro free are your personal notes.
The main difference is that people without notes cant progress, cant push themself into their limits and cross the performance from the previous training (in case they are suitable diet and training program for such move of course). So what is the result of it? You may train fro one year and at the end you might realize that you are still benching the same as at the begging of the year, or perhaps a few kg more, but is it enough satisfying? Perhaps, if its by you, but what If I tell you that your performance could increase much more than that, thus your body would look totally different as well?
So my last words to it would be, guys if you are not satisfied with your result after some time spent in the gym ask yourself a question whether you exercise or train. Take that little piece of paper or even better open a notes in your smart phone which is much easier to carry around and adjust the information in it and track your performance.
