All I had time for was 3 sets of 5 and that was just the warmup 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Training has not been happening this week and as much as lifting is a huge priority it’s not at the top of the list and the tippy-top priorities have been literally sucking all my time. I felt really good cycling back onto my pre-workout. I have to be careful not to go too hard.
