Day 2, that's how we do! Me & my watermelon Jolly Rancher color scheme switched up some of the moves today, what a great little workout.
So, my ATL BFF Jess (friends since 1992!) and I committed to a 30-day fitness challenge together, today was our second day. There are a number of reasons I'm doing this, many stem from things that are none of your business 😆 but I did it today and I'm excited for tomorrow's workout.
2015-16 were incredibly toxic, I dropped 40+ lbs. in an unhealthy environment; 2017-present, while wonderful fitness-wise because I've taught and worked out regularly, is when I started acknowledged some of my habits, and not just with food, either. Some folks tell me "thicc" looks good on me. 😂🍑 I tend to agree, but I also want to feel stronger, which requires that daily physical, mental, and emotional work. Yes.
