When my clothes won’t fit me anymore.
When I reached ‘that’ weight mark.
When smaller clothes were just long lost dreams.
When daily routines became less healthy.
When eating was ‘lifer’.
When losing weight was never a priority.
BUT look where I am now, I may not have reached my weight goal yet but I know I would get there. Hopefully soon! 😍
Losing weight is HARD. It’s somewhat a daily struggle that you also need to choose to do every single day. You need so much motivation and perseverance to keep on going. You should always have that goal in mind. And I’m always thankful with ALL the people around me who keeps me motivated all the way!
To these two special fitness buddies ko ever since! @ my boxing buddy and that’s where it all started! Thank you for introducing boxing to me. 😘 Achi @ thank you sobra!!! For letting me drag you to 360 (on your bday!) even w/o trial and that’s where our awesome fitness journey began! Sobrang hirap, nakakapagod, at hindi natin alam paano natin nagagawa ang mga exercises 😂 Pero super full support at mas excited pa tayo sa isa’t isa every time we achieve something na never natin inakalang magagawa natin. Thank you thank you thank you! And of course, Coach @.stagram sa walang sawang pag remind sakin 🙌🏻 PT coach ko na laging nag papaalala na wag sayangin lahat ng sinimulan ko. I am reminded everyday, na tipong nag pplay na sa utak ko yung mga reminders niya! Thank you coach!! 😂😂 To 360 Fitness Club — Manila FAMILY ~~ Ms Lyn, Ivy, Kring and all the coaches, and even members! 😍 You guys are awesome and I’m truly grateful that God made a way for me to meet you all. 😍
