🤦🏻♀️Let’s face it...taking care of ourselves the way we should is NEVER easy. It takes time, time ⏰ that is stretched thin for many of us and very difficult to schedule. .
From trying to meal plan, grocery shop, meal prep, cook, to working out & just trying to decide where & what that workout will be is hard 😮....but not just hard...it’s draining when energy is something we lack on top of time. 😴
So where to begin when the overwhelming thoughts of just starting stop you dead in your tracks as you throw your arms in the air in defeat? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♂️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏾♂️

After a full summer of falling off of my diet & eating all kinds of sugary drinks and carb loaded foods like donuts 🍩 , pizza 🍕 , cookies 🍪 , candy 🍭 , breads 🥖, potato chips 🍟, soda🥤, and sweet drinks...I had it!!! .
I wasn’t sleeping well, my body was achy and inflamed 👏🏻, I was beginning to have regular headaches 🙇🏻♀️ again, and I felt sluggish....and unfocused. So last month I took 2.5 days to do the Reboot and on the other side of those days I found success! 🤩
I lost my cravings for all the junk, I began to better 😴, my body aches disappeared, my focus improved 🤓, my went away 💆🏻♀️, my increased 🏃🏻♀️, and I lost 6lbs!!!
