If you know me, you probably know how transparent I try to be...like about how much of an introvert I really am...ha ha. Well this weekend at the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards was a reminder of how events like this can be a struggle for someone like me...but I was also reminded of how okay that is!
I was surrounded by people from varying backgrounds, walks of life, methodologies...introverts, extroverts, and everyone in between. But we all were all there for a reason...
I guess what I’m getting at is for those that may struggle with expectations of how you “should” or “shouldn’t” be...just know that those expectations don’t mean anything! Strive to be true to your authentic self, by YOUR standards! Because that’s what really matters, that’s what you truly have to offer others.
I mean, not to brag, but I was considered for Entrepreneur of the Year! Me! Some guy from Idaho that’s obsessed with his family, wrestling and marketing...ha ha. So if I could make it to this event, anyone can. And I really think that mindset has really helped us get to where we are with @ , because that’s what being a is all about! Seeing things differently. Let me know if you can relate! 📲🙏
