So today I woke up with a migraine, got through my morning shift feeling like death BUT THEN somehow pulled it together to smash out PRs for weighted chin-up, weighted dips AND bench press on single sets aiming for 3 to 5 reps... somehow. 😂
If I'd given in to the throbbing pain in my head, none of these records would have been broken.
Also, don't skip stretching!
So many people finish their last set then call it a day. Not only is stretching beneficial for mobility to keep your ROMs ideal so you can make better gains, it feels great and you can move more freely afterward. Take the time, it's important.
