5 things you can control
Your attitude - I heard a good one a few weeks back. If you can’t pass your fitness test in the RAF it’s because your attitude is none becoming of service life 🤔
Your network - certain people will tell you what you want to hear. Granted likes attract likes, just be aware you’re not just sitting at the warmest camp fire.
Physique - Less in, more out. Push, pull, hinge, carry, crawl, rotate for 6-12 weeks and you’ll have full control. Now maintain and control it.
Your gratitude - P & Q’s go a long way. Be thankful, grateful and you’ll be make others feel exactly the same.
Your habits - 21 days to break a habit. If your tucking into a family size pizza alone and an Argentinian red every night it’s time to swop them for a few burpees, a lap around the block because you’ll expect to look and feel great for your habitual holiday/vacation this summer.
Your work rate - Work to live, don’t live to work. Do things well, fo things efficiently, do it because you want to and have pride in your work. Then if you’re still unhappy find a job you that doesn’t burn you out not allowing you to enjoy your more vintage years.
