DRIZZILICIOUS RECIPE ALERT!👇 S’mores GF Black Bean Brownies . Ingredients: - 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed - 1/4 cup cocoa powder - 3 eggs - 3tbsp oil - 1 tsp vanilla - 1 pinch salt - 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener of choice) - 1/4 cup chocolate chips - 1/2 cup Drizzilicious s’mores snacks . Directions: - Preheat oven to 350 degrees - Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and Drizzilicious s’mores snacks into a blender. - Blend on medium/high until creamy - Grease a 9x9 baking pan and pour the black bean brownie mixture in - With a spoon, gentle mix in the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup lightly crushed s’mores snacks - Place in over and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes - Halfway through baking place the other 1/4 cup Drizzilicious s’mores snacks (uncrushed) on top of the mixture - Drizzle melted chocolate or peanut butter over top and enjoy!

I know I'm always ranting and raving about chia pudding and its one of my NY resolutions to tone it down... jk, I'm all about this shiz and want you to be too! 😜 It takes 5 minutes to make and I can trick my husband @trichome_farms into thinking its a dessert. ⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk⁣ 1/4 cup chia seeds⁣ 1 Tbsp. honey or agave syrup⁣ 1/2 tsp. almond extract⁣ 1 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds⁣ 1/4 cup sliced fruit (optional)⁣ Instructions⁣ 1. Combine all ingredients except toasted almonds and fruit and stir to mix well. ⁣ 2. Chill for at least two hours, preferably overnight. Stir 2-3 times throughout this time to disperse chia seed clumps.⁣ 3. Divide between two dishes and top with almonds and fruit before serving. “Ice cream Sandwich!!!!” On Optavia we are given 5 fuelings and then make one lean and green meal daily. One of the fuelings are fudge brownies, nothing special, but kinda fills your sweet tooth. Well today I decided to make a knock off “Ice cream sandwich”. Pour the batter into your waffle maker, cook, let cool then put 1-2 T of lite cool whip, fold over and freeze. I used 2 packets and made 1 big waffle, then broke it in two, for a total of two servings (1 serving = 1 fueling+1 condiment). I just pulled one out for my fueling and I’m already excited for my next dueling to eat my other one. This was so yummy! This is definitely going to be one of my staples. 🤤😲🤤 CHOCOLATE FUDGE CAKE 🍫 Cause there is never chocolate enough! . RECIPE * 150g extra dark chocolate * 80g coconut oil * 100g ground hazelnuts (or almonds) * 50g chestnut flour * 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon * 1 tsp baking powder * 4 eggs or flax eggs * 100g coconut sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract In a medium saucepan over boiling water melt the chocolate with coconut oil. In a mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks (or flax eggs) with sugar and vanilla extract. Add flours, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Pour in melted chocolate mixture and combine again. Whisk egg whites until it forms peaks and fold in very delicately with a wooden spoon. Transfer the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake in the NON preheated oven for 50 minutes on 160° (320°F). Add a chocolate sauce topping for extra yumminess. Enjoy 🤗 💫

Experimenting with new flavor combinations has been one of the positives of having so many dietary restrictions. 🌞 Golden topping: ginger-lemon syrup White: almond milk yogurt mixed with maple syrup And obviously my favourite, blueberries!! 🌛 I surprisingly wasn't a big fan of the ginger lemon with the blueberries - there was just too much going on - but the yogurt+ginger syrup on the sweet crust was awesome!!
