My dip recipe: . . . 16 oz fat-free cottage cheese; 15 oz can of pure pumpkin; one box of sugar-free, fat-free, instant pudding powder (I particularly like either cheesecake or butterscotch); 1/4 cup Stevia; approx 3 Tbs pumpkin pie spice ➕ extra dashes of cinnamon (season to taste); a dash of Madagascar vanilla; 2 scoops of your favorite flavored protein powder (I use either cinnamon crunch by Quest or salted caramel by Quest); 1 heaping Tbs pure almond butter . . Whip in food processor until smooth, like the consistency of hummus. . . Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Before eating, sprinkle sparingly with granola and dark chocolate chips. Não é bem um creme e não chega a ser mousse, mas independente do nome essa sobremesa que hoje veio de lanche da tarde é sensacional 😍😋 e leva apenas 3 ingredientes! 🤗 Aqui utilizei 1 3/4 xícara de leite de coco caseiro (aproximadamente 435ml), 160g de chocolate 100% cacau e pouco mais de 1 xícara de tâmaras. Bati no liquidificador o leite de coco com as tâmaras e depois acrescentei o chocolate derretido no banho maria. Coloquei nos potes e levei à geladeira. Também levei uma parte ao congelador. I just made this super yummy, fluffy, high-protein, vegan banana bread! It came out better than expected. 🤤🤤🤤 The recipe is below but you may need to adjust ratios slightly because I didn’t measure out the ingredients. 😅😅 I find it a bit of a pain to do that... Ingredients: - 2 large bananas, mashed - 1 tsp cinnamon extract (you can use vanilla) - 1/2 tsp cinnamon - 100 grams chickpea flour - 70 grams buckwheat flour - 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder (or extra flour) - 2 tbs ground flaxseed with 4 tbs water - liquid sweetener of choice to taste - 1/2 tsp baking soda - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tbs lemon juice - Dashes of almond milk (depends on the texture) Method: 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. 2. Combine the bananas, sweetener, extract, cinnamon, lemon juice and flax eggs in a bowl. 3. Mix the flours, baking soda and powder and protein powder until well combined. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. You may need to add a dash of almond milk depending on the consistency. It should be a thick but still slightly runny. 5. Bake for 20-40 minutes depending on the oven. 6. Wait until it cools slightly before cutting it. 🍁For all my fellow Pumpkin Junkie Friends-you know who you are 🎃😋🎃😋🎃😋 Pumpkin Oatmeal Protein Bites! 🍂🎃🍂🍁🎃🍂 Recipe makes: 24-32 pieces Ingredients: 2 cups dry, uncooked oatmeal 1 cup all-natural Pumpkin Puree 1 1/2 cup all-natural Almond butter, sunflower or cashew butter. Add more as needed for moistness 2/3 cup coconut nectar, agave or raw honey 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice 1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract 4-6 Tbsp ground flax seeds (if ‘dough’ seems too wet, then I add more ground flax, if it’s too dry, add less…start with a smaller quantity) 3/4 cup small chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, coconut flakes, or any combination of mix-ins that equal 1 cup total. 1/4 cup mini cocoa nibs 3 scoops Arbonne Vanilla Protein Instructions: Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl until very thoroughly mixed. Roll into balls of about 1″ in diameter (Or press into a rectangular pan and cut into squares after chilling) Place on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper & freeze or refrigerate for one hour. But then there's something as "simple" as the fact that the human body is really just built from elements and atoms.⠀ -⠀ Almost 99% of the mass of the human body is made up of six elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus.⠀ -⠀ Everything on our planet is made up of the elements on the periodic table (+ a couple to be discovered).⠀ -⠀ Not only do I need as close to a 4.0 as possible, but I need to truly comprehend everything that I can about what this world is made of. BLOATED? GASSY? 🤰🏼Yea I get it too. life. So whenever I feel like a balloon of smelly air, this 2 ingredient protein pudding really helps. No, it won't make the gas go away, BUT it certainly is easy to digest, gentile on the tummy, and doesn't cause any bloat (and it's packed with protein!) Mix 2 scoops @nuzest_usa (natural or mine) with 1 cup greek yogurt (I used @nancysyogurt whole milk) until a THICK batter/pudding forms (see stories). Topped with organic @sunbutter (not optional😉). . I also wanted to give you some tips for digestion during Thanksgiving as I totally get how stressful Turkey day can be for someone with IBS. I hope the blow helps as it always helps me.🙏🏼 MORNING OF: 1. Exercise. You'll feel better mentally and physically. It doesn't have to be crazy, just 45 min. Even waking up and walking. 2. Stay hydrated 3. Eat breakfast. . DURING: 1. Slow down and chew your food 2. Don't talk when eating 3. Skip the raw veggies 4. Keep hydrated / sip mint tea WHILE eating 5. Don't stress over ingredients. Stressing over the food you're eating can cause more digestive issues than just eating the dang food. 6. Chew 2 tsp whole cumin seeds right after your meal to help with gas. 7. Enjoy your meal and enjoy the people you are with. . DAY AFTER: 1. Wake up and walk, get things moving. Nothing crazy. 2. Don't skip the coffee! it stimulates contractions in your colon and helps me 3. Stay hydrated / sip on dandelion tea (helps detox your liver and is a natural diuretic - makes you pee - to flush out any toxins.) 4. Eat high water content foods 5. Eat a smoothie for lunch and dinner. This helps me personally as it really gives my gut a break from digesting. #lilsipper

Happy Friday, thanksgiving is next week!! 🙈 What are you most excited to make/eat?! I can’t believe it took me until now to make a healthier version of my favorite pumpkin pie. Usually I would’ve made 5 by now 🤷🏼‍♀️ this one is gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free! . I used @simplemills cinnamon cookies for the crust and it was bommmmbbbb. Here’s what to do: - 2 boxes @simplemills cookies (I used the cinnamon) - 1/4 C @vitalfarms butter (browned, see below) - 3 eggs - 1 can pumpkin purée - 1/2 C coconut milk - 1/2 C maple syrup - 2 tbsp creamy almond butter - 1/4 tsp sea salt - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - 1/2 tsp ginger - 1/2 tsp allspice - 1/4 tsp cardamom . Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a pie dish with coconut oil. Crust: in a food processor blend cookies until they’re fine like a flour. Brown your butter on the stove, melting in a hot non stick pan over medium heat, whisking until it bubbles and settles and eventually turns slightly brown—careful not to burn! Add to your food processor and combine. Crack one egg pulsing well until a dough forms. Press into pie dish evenly and firmly to line. Filling: In a medium bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients for the filling until completely smooth and combined. Pour the filling into the pie crust. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the the center of the pie is firm. Let cool for at before serving to allow to set. Enjoy! 💕
