So weighed in this morning and well I'm probably down 1 or 2lbs since after Xmas. BUT, since October which is when I started to really get back on track I am down a total of, ready, 3lbs!!!!!

You would think that with how much I workout I should have lost more right, WRONG! There is so much that goes into reaching those goals. Consistency, hard work and committment. ..
If you give 1 and not the other you will not get those results. Follow your plan and let TIME show you that your hard work did pay off!! ..
