Zachęcam również do samoobserwacji, opowiadam o roli oddechu. To wszystko dzięki rozmowie i płaszczyzny zaufania. 🙏 Wspólnie wzbogacamy się każdym doświadczeniem. Śmiech i błogi stan twarzy dodatkowo niezmiernie cieszy. :) W okresie jesienno-zimowym dodatkowo (jeśli ktoś lubi),korzystam z naturalnej aromaterapii. Olejki i ich zapach mają właściwości lecznicze co już jest od dawna znane i udowodnione. Ich działanie nie tylko wpływa na nasz nastrój,ale także np. mogą przyjemną profilaktyką oczyszczania zatok. 🤧 Jeśli ktoś już używa, pamiętajmy by w kominku była świeczka naturalna np. woskowa, a nie taka zwykła najczęściej dostępna w drogeriach, ponieważ są rakotwórcze! The ab roller is a bang for your buck piece of equipment. Cheap and effective. Works the core in the Sagittal plane (anti flexion and anti extension). Just keep the torso dead straight. If you have back pain work within your limits and this exercise will likely be beneficial for you (don’t forget the rotational element of core stability though).

HÜFTBEUGER STRETCH . 🤷🏻‍♂️ „Verkürzte“ und verspannte Hüftbeuger sind ein großes Problem in der heutigen Gesellschaft. Die Menschen sitzen immer häufiger, immer mehr und kommen viel zu selten aus diesen Positionen heraus. . 🧐 Der Körper ist nunmal so, dass er sich der jeweiligen Belastung anpasst. Das bedeutet, dass deine Hüftmobilität nicht gerade die beste sein wird, wenn du den liebenlangen Tag am Computer sitzt und dich sonst nicht bewegst. . 👉🏻 Ist der besagte Fall des Hüftbeugerproblems dann an der Tagesordnung, braucht man ein Konzept. Dehnen alleine ist keine Option, aber ein großer Bestandteil des Großen Ganzen. . ⚠️Bei einer Hüftbeugerdehnung sehe ich aber immer wieder, dass die Leute ins Hohlkreuz fallen und den eigentlichen Sinn des Stretches komplett negieren. Deswegen will ich dir heute ein paar lässige Möglichkeiten für deine Hüftbeugerdehnung zeigen. . ✅ Damit dir das nicht passiert, ist es enorm wichtig, dass du deine Körpermitte festmachst und den Bauch anspannst. . 1️⃣ Normale Dehnung. 2️⃣ Dehnung mit Arme nach oben gestreckt. 3️⃣ Dehnung mit Rotation. 4️⃣ Dehnung mit Erhöhung (mit Schwerpunkt Rectus Femoris). . 👆 Wenn es Dir gefällt, dann lass ein ♥️ da und markiere jemanden, der davon profitieren könnte 🙂

Il tessuto muscolare è un tessuto che si è specializzato nel generare movimento mediante la contrazione delle sue cellule. Al variare delle funzioni cui è deputato variano anche la sua morfologia e la sua struttura. Il tessuto muscolare striato scheletrico si forma, durante la vita embrionale, dalla fusione di numerosi mioblasti a formare un miotubo, le cellule cioè formano un sincizio cellulare di forma cilindrica allungata che prende il nome di fibra muscolare. La singola fibra muscolare è caratterizzata da strie trasversali che formano bande caratteristiche, più chiare o più scure, visibili al microscopio ottico. I nuclei sono estremamente allungati e periferici. Ogni fibra muscolare è avvolta da un delicato strato di connettivo reticolare detto endomisio. Le fibre sono organizzate in gruppi a formare fasci avvolti da tessuto connettivo: il perimisio. A loro volta i fasci di fibre muscolari si organizzano a formare i singoli muscoli che sono avvolti da tessuto connettivo detto epimisio. Questa organizzazione permette al muscolo striato di potersi contrarre (accorciandosi) e rilassare (allungandosi) velocemente senza danni.
