I was once victim to spending 4-6$ on protein icecream too 😂
I then decided I’ll just make my own recipe, and boy I’ve probably saved 100’s of dollars doing so, and I believe it tastes better, not to mention your stomach will thank you from not giving it 20g of sugar alcohol and prebiotic fiber -
1️⃣ Lots of ice
2️⃣ Stevia ( 5g or so per shake )
3️⃣ A small amount of liquid ( just enough to blend ) it can be water, almond milk, or basically anything depending on macros and what kind of icecream
4️⃣ Protein powder of choice ( @ Vanilla is great for all types of shakes, it combines well with other flavors )
5️⃣ The key ingredient here, SF/FF pudding mix, or regular, this is a game changer, I typically do 1/4 a package per shake
6️⃣ Not an ingredient but a powerful blender is NEEDED to get a good consistency similar to a frosty from @ , I use a @ auto IQ
7️⃣ Optional topping of choice ( Cereals, fruits, whey cake, etc... )
I add all my dry ingredients with a bit of water, then the pudding mix with a little more water and just let it blend until the desired THIQ consistency
Typically, I’m not a fan of the IIFYM stuff, but each shake ( without toppings ) is like 100kcals, is tasty, filling, and doesn’t leave you with the typical massive vegetable bloat, also if your massing you can add so many things to the base recipe and it just makes getting calories in very easy!
