The whole got me thinking ! I was vigorously searching through my old pics . 2008 was when I started my career almost and started travelling vigorously . .
These ten years have been blessed. From weekend travel to Motorsports to projects for companies to local delhi events to helping people with homestay business ; In the process I must admit that least time was given to family. .
They were ignored, taken for granted, assumed, sidelined. To date while accepting that I live a parallel along with my career is unthinkable for them and in the process I have also assumed that they will never come one my side. But outlook changed as years went by .....Both parties now increasingly meet on peaceful grounds. .
They knowing that I’ll travel weekends and me knowing that I can never completely will be able to fulfill all what they want. .
People often say “you simply cannot have a passion without a sacrifice “ . My family bonding was the sacrifice I gave more than a decade now and it was a big big deal that does not require elucidation on post .
But at end I wish to say if you are genuine with yourself , utterly crazily mad about your work or passion , first you will feel happy within, second people around you will feel your energy , your family will be the last one to recognise the little steps you make for this passion. .
Probably I’m reaching this phase now and as I gear up to take a new assignment with a vibrant organisation in an immensely challenging yet interesting role around my passion , it’s my family who sends me texts , mails wishing me good luck !
At the end all goes well , just hold your horses and stay there , rainbow will be seen at end :) .
