Can we just talk booties for 10 seconds?! It’s one of the places I put on weight first and one of the places I find hard to build up the motivation to train. I can honestly say I’ve had days I’ve dreaded training legs 🙋🏼‍♀️🙊. Glute Bridges, deadlifts, squats and booty bands have definitely helped in building strength and as a byproduct lower the amount of cellulite (yes ladies we may all have it to some degree so don’t beat yourself up).
