Day 139: Flew home to this pretty girl today! Was so happy to see her after the trip out to Atlanta. She made a peach crumble so that after she got me from the airport we could go eat it at the park. Definitely the cutest and best girlfriend I could ask for. In other news, it definitely feels good to be back home so l can focus on some editing and local photography before the next trip.
One of my fav memories from the last couple weeks or so...a summer night gazing upon the Grand Tetons. Just a stones throw away, Jenny Lake as calm as can be. I snapped a few photos and found myself standing here mesmerized until darkness slowly won the night. I’m convinced some places are just so beautiful it takes ya by surprise. I love that feeling. Can’t wait to visit again...
Day 138: It’s been a pretty busy weekend, so that’s why I have been a little quiet. Each day has been super fun and epic though, so glad I was able to come out here and coach. So many awesome people and climbs. Today was a lot quiet and we did a lot more exploring of Atlanta. It’s cool the see the different culture and unique spots this place has to offer.
Heading back to mpls tomorrow. These trips home never feel long enough. But I’m moving into a new apartment, starting a new job at the end of the month and adopting (hopefully) a kitten! I’m so excited for this next chapter.
