Today was day 23/80 - round 2. Our trainer said "one workout might change your day, but a bunch of them will change your life." I have never been good at sticking with exercising and eating healthy. I always started and got lazy and quit, then got mad at myself for quitting, then repeated the cycle. So what changed from then until now?
I said yes to becoming a coach. Not because I am a huge fitness fanatic, but I believe in being the healthiest version of yourself, and I now have the opportunity to help others and share the toolsthat have helped me lose 20 lbs and 21 inches from my living room.
