"🙅🏼This girl NEVER ever said Plexus was an overnight fix.
🙅🏼This girl NEVER ever told anyone that you only need to take Plexus and don’t have to make good food choices or exercise.
🙅🏼This girl NEVER ever stopped taking her products consistently.
🙅🏼This girl NEVER ever in a million years thought she would feel and see the changes she’s felt and seen over the past 4 years.
👉🏻September 2013 vs September 2017
👉🏻Age 43 vs Age 47
The girl on the left was driving a one way 35 minute commute to teach 3rd grade all day long. Four days a week she would tutor after school, as well as teach fitness classes before and after school. To say she was tired and exhausted was an understatement. Who wouldn’t be if they were a mom of busy boys working 3 jobs, right? This girl thought being overwhelmed and tired was normal. What she also thought was normal was belly bloat, tossing and turning at night, skin issues, addicted to Coke Zero, controlled by afternoon and evening cravings, aging fast, longing for a daily nap, taking prescription meds for seasonal depression, living for the weekend, staring a new “diet” every Monday, losing valuable time with her boys, living paycheck to paycheck, credit card debt, and just trying to survive. Despite all of this, she kept a smile on her face.
The girl on the right looks and feels totally different. She makes good choices (and no longer craves Coke Zero, Starbucks, Taco Bueno, or bite sized Snickers.) It’s not that she just cut the obvious unhealthy out of her life, she just didn’t want it any more. Now, her life is about health and balance. This girl prefers foods that nourish her body. Does she still have the occasional pumpkin spice bundt cake? Heck, yes! She made one this week! But, this girl is still getting used to this girl on the right. The one with no more belly bloat or itchy skin patches. The one who gave up that nasty word “diet." This girl never ever needs a nap and she wakes up rested and goes to bed later than she should. The girl on the right now has time to be present with her family. She doesn’t lie in bed at night worrying about bills and unexpected expense
