Somewhere in our lives, our mindset was completely ruined around weight loss. Some people believe if they work out 7 days a week, that’s the solution. Others believe if they don’t eat, that’s the solution. Others think diet pills and wraps will solve their problems. What I think? It’s all bull! The right way to diet is to follow the definition, not the label. Dieting in the dictionary? “what a person eats or drinks”. It doesn’t say anywhere that it’s to lose weight, take a pill, or starve yourself. The correct way to get results is to consume a HEALTHY diet & move our bodies. You need to eat a lot of the right foods to fuel your body. Starving yourself or eating less actually makes you gain more weight because your body is saying- “WTF is happening? I’m hungry so I’m going to hold on to this fat for dear life so I can survive.” If you don’t believe me, google it. The reason I went this route in my health and fitness journey is because it’s the total solution. At home workouts, four days a week.
