This past spring, our Madison Avenue gallery was filled with the lush imagery of “Dan Colen: Mailorder Mother Purgatory”—an exhibition comprising three distinct bodies of work, drawing on references from art history, popular culture, and the ephemera of everyday life. Whether you had the opportunity to view this exhibition in person or if you checked it out online, we’re excited to share that you can now bring a little bit of it home with you, as the gorgeous catalogue published in conjunction with this exhibition has arrived! • Fully illustrated and anchored by a comprehensive essay from curator and writer Andrianna Campbell, the catalogue also includes an extensive interview with Colen and legendary artist Jeff Koons, as moderated by Douglas Fogle. A stellar addition to your contemporary art library, visit the publications page of our website to order it today! • “Dan Colen: Mailorder Mother Purgatory.” Published by Lévy Gorvy, 2018. • Link in bio to order on our website! • #LévyGorvy #LevyGorvy #DanColen #MailorderMotherPurgatory #LévyGorvyPublications #ArtBooks #AndriannaCampbell #DouglasFogle #JeffKoons @andriannacampbell

#Repost @paulacoopergallery ・・・ Jackie Winsor’s “Pink and Blue Piece” (1985) is currently on view at Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery in the group show “Fingerspitzengefühl,” #JackieWinsor #KlausvonNichtssagendGallery #AndriannaCampbell #JohnNewman. A. B.

Jackie Winsor’s “Pink and Blue Piece” (1985) is currently on view at Klaus von Nichtssagend Gallery in the group show “Fingerspitzengefühl,” curated by Andrianna Campbell and John Newman, on view through Dec 17. From the press release: “AC: [Winsor’s] work reminds me of that thing you are always saying das Fingerspitzengefühl? / JN: Yes. Das Fingerspitzengefühl, the fingertip feeling. / AC: It gives me the want of that because it is so open. / JN: Fingerspitzengefühl is actual tactility but also implies an intuition, an emotional sensation where fingertip feeling is metaphoric as well.” #JackieWinsor #KlausvonNichtssagendGallery #AndriannaCampbell #JohnNewman. . . . .
