Do you use Aloe Vera?
We make aloe Vera juice by blending 2 cups of water with a 2 inch piece of gel. You can add to smoothies, too or just sip and drink it. It aids in digestion and keeps you regular🤣. Today, we just blended up the gel from 3 large aloe leaves and it will keep for 3-4 days in the fridge using our repurposed jars. Use it as a face mask, body moisturizer and as a hair mask. It is on my face as I write by just taking the leaves and putting it directing all over my face, eye lids and neck. So refreshing and cooling.🤗 @medicalmedium Aloe vera leaf is a miraculous healing food that is one of the oldest healing remedies and natural antibiotics in the world.
