I wanna head home after work, shower and eat and be a couch potato but nope! I force myself to do a quick 3km run, 30 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 tricep dips, 5 leg raises and climb 12-storey flight of stairs. And yepz, it’s so worth it.
My dinner is gonna taste so good coz I earned it.
No one can make you get fit.
