Bent-Over DB Tricep extension + Lateral Raises (Superset)⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Ended my push day workout the other day targeting both my triceps and shoulders.⁣⁣⁣ -⁣⁣⁣ 20lb dumbbells felt a lot heavier to me while hitting this exercise.
