Although I love training for strength above anything else, that's been pushed aside until the baby comes. For now it's high rep, low(er) weight which is my least favorite lifting style, buuuut it's all good! MUscular endurance is great for weight management and maintaining a healthy metabolism. Plus, I can't wait to build strength on a solid base of 9 months of muscular endurance. My come back is gonna be REAL!! OR I'll lose control and become obese for the rest of my life. I can't see the future, ok!
