A lot of people have this misconception that "vegan" food is this special kind of food grown in some vegan fantasy farm far far away, truth is, ANY type of food that is not ANIMAL based is VEGAN. It doesn't have to have a "vegan" label on it, it doesn't have to come from this magical farm, shit it doesn't even have to be healthy! Vegans can be unhealthy, junk food eaters too! 🍕🍦🍫 Becoming vegan not only opened my eyes to all the animal cruelty that happens worldwide 🐥🐷🐮🐔
but it also drove me to learn about feeding my body the right way, and actually over standing the phrase WE ARE "what we eat". If you're not feeling good physically, chances are it has to do with what you're fueling your body with. ⛽️ And if you're REALLY not feeling good, how much longer do you think your body is going to take those hot dogs and football Sunday bbqs? Age 50?
Probably with a preexisting condition, heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes? Don't wait until this is YOU, make a CHANGE for YOU, for your future, for your well being.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be boring and it could save your life!
