12 Different Total Body Ninja Moves anyone can add into their routine. 👣🔩💯 ( #TeamBatman , too 😅) 🦇
In contrast to the Captain America workout I did:
This one emphasizes an example that anyone can take advantage of, which is if you have a lot of wide space...USE that space. ✔️
While the house was under construction, I took the opportunity to workout in the most widest space I've ever worked out in.
"Use everything that you have to your advantage." .
If you can do this outside, with weights or if you have the freedom of room to do #calisthenics at home:
You will not be disappointed by the way you train your body to move like a Ninja.
Why else were ninjas built so agile, strong and lean?...

✔️Just as they could, so can you, too 👍
If you have weights and space, use them.
If you don't, you can still do this #Athletically in place with just your body.
Take away any of these Bat-centric moves, or do the whole workout!
Use EVERYTHING that you have at your disposal:

4 Reps each, 5 Rounds
BEGINNERS: No Weights
ADVANCED: Use Weights
1. Jab, Cross, Elbow, Elbow (Both Sides!)
2. One-Hand Side to Side Burpees
4. Clap Pushups
5. Side-Dumbbell Lunges (Both Sides)
6. Squat Kicks
7. Side Pushups (Both sides)
8. Knee-Tuck Burpees
9. Bat-Flight Burpees
10. Arm Rows (Both sides)
11. Chest-Fly Crunch
12. Finisher: Side to side Ninja Toe Taps
Take a 1 minute break in-between finishing the 12th move,
Repeat all 12 moves for 4 more rounds! .
The Will is everything.
Use ALL the will you have;
And ALL the tools you have.
Because in the end, what you put in is what you get out. "
