and just like that I’m back, I’ve taken a little break from my life in Auckland to go back to Atlanta and reconnect with my old life. It feels like the past two weeks have been flying in fast forward, a whirlwind of experiences and interactions. I’ve been absolutely craving a slow, nurturing practice and today I was able to finally give myself that. Using our breath as a tool to comb through the mental, physical, and emotional bodies we direct awareness to release any tension we may encounter. I’m grateful for the past two weeks, but I am also very relieved to ground down in New Zealand again.
