I love practicing Yoga & Meditation as it allows me to tune into my Body, Mind & Soul. It’s the best practice I think when it comes to self awareness & checking in with how you are truly feeling.
Yoga allows you to find out if you are holding onto any tension, if so what parts of the body, it allows you to slow down because you have to connect to your own breath and with every inhale & exhale you are able to let go any tension, stress & even thoughts.
When I am on my yoga mat I am able to become the observer of my own thoughts and I get to tune in to see if they are over active, negative or if something is still on my mind & troubling me, it’s not until you spend time actually being quite and free from things like social media or other people that you can truly check in. When I finish my yoga & meditation practice I always feel amazing and a big sigh of relief because I always have so much on my plate you will know if you follow me @ @ i always have a lot on but that’s only a snippet of each day. So for more Yoga & Meditation play a really big part in my life as it always allows me to let go of any thing, stress, tension, negativity, or crap that no longer serves my highest good.
