Alright. People always love getting ideas for what we buy for groceries and do we eat Hotdogs everyday or can we eat healthy? I’m sure we could improve but here’s the gist of what our week will look like.
Breakfasts 🍳 Everyday we will both enjoy 2 eggs and 1 tortilla/1 bread 🍞 (10 meals)
Lunch is Ground chicken breast, fajita mix, bell peppers, roasted tomatoes, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans. Side is mandarin oranges and carrots 🥕. We’ve copied this meal many weeks in a row so next week we may need to change it up but it’s 0 points on WW if you choose your canned goods wisely. (10 meals total)
Dinner will be Salmon and veggies 2-3 nights. Eggs 🍳 1 night and a Mexican dish 1 night that I can’t explain but it is with the tortillas and beans and tomatoes. I bet it will be yummy. Lol 😂 (8-10 meals as we eat out Fridays generally) Friday eating out comes from our $80 weekend budget that is for food and entertainment so if we go crazy Friday, it’s frugalville for us all weekend! •
Hope that helps. What you’ll notice is we didn’t add snacks, juices, sodas, or other items to our grocery list. It’s rare that I’d even buy beer or margarita mix with pocket money but it’s been nice enjoying a cocktail 🍹 living here now.
