‼️Food balance‼️ .
I’ve struggle with food for about a year or two. I’m naturally drawn to carbs and sweets. I love the taste of bread 🍞 especially when it’s toasted. I love ice cream... Ooh man especially all the high calories ones with nuts and caramel. 🤤 With thanksgiving coming up, my weakness is pumpkin pie!
However, I love to eat all these good things but I balance it out with some veggies. I actually ALSO love rabbit food aka spinach, lettuce, broccoli, and basically all greens. The key to balance is evenly out the high carbs with something more with volume.. but also planning ahead. I do some type of intermittent fasting on days like these (esp family dinners)
So, ask thanksgiving comes up, I encourage you to think ahead and find balance. Allow yourself to enjoy good food and don’t hate yourself on it. Enjoy the time with friends and family 💞 .
