Here he sets nicely with a neutral spine, braced through the core and lats, and finishes at the top with neutral spine, and tight glutes so the hips push into the bar.
Tonights work was 3x3 with 95kg at a BW of 74kg for a 1.3x BW. Great numbers for an endurance based athlete to do multiple sets and reps at!
