What I ate in a day
I am eating little amounts of food lately but I dont feel bad at all. My days fly really fast, last few days I performed a lot and I had no time to even think about eating. I can perform the best if I`m not bloated or too full. Dancing is much easier and if being well these days means to eat bananas and drink some coffee, I`m okay with it.
Let`s talk about my other activities. I walk at least 5 km a day, work out 3 times a week. In holidays I also ride a bike. I feel like I have become stronger cause few weeks ago I couldnt even run a km without getting really tired and my legs would hurt but now I can run 4 km (which isnt much but for me it is cause I wasnt even running or training lately) without getting too tired.
Of course in the afternoon sometimes comes that time and idea "let`s buy these sugary things, cakes, chocolates, crisps etc" but then I remind myself about my goals. I rewatch my dancing videos (good and bad ones too, so I want to become better even more) and pictures and I feel more motivated. Maybe it is not correct, it`s bad or something but there is one simple thing that always works for me - I only do my best (like have new hobbies, perform better, continue writing my book, sing, work out) if I`m a bit hungry. Not like just hungry but when I eat that amount of food so I can be a bit satisfied but can keep that emptiness feeling.
