Upon arrival we were told (by the grab driver) that its been raining in bangkok for like everyday (not surprised for I already read about july not being a good time to visit thailand for its the start of their monsoon season). And indeed it was raining that day. Most of our plan only involves food hunt, not really bothered by the weather hoping all the great places for our gastronomic adventure are either indoor or at least covered enough to explore. But all the luck be ours, it was such a nice weather for the entire week we stayed (not too sunny and no heavy rains). There were showers but never for too long like when we’re here at the Grand Palace. We opt not to visit the nearby temples for the crowd was too much for the kids (and us really), I’m not complaining though, a few good shots in the place paid for it.
