Haven’t lifted since last Wednesday, but guess what... I didn’t forget how, and I can still crush my 90% clean and jerks!
The jerk blocks are ALMOST done. Then my training schedule should be a little more normal... maybe. Overall, I’m happy with the balance I have in training and social life and work, etc. It’s taken a lot of tweaking (and will forever, as far as I’m aware...).
Today marks the beginning of the third month of this three month cycle! Excited to see what gains I’ve made! 💪🏼🏋🏼♀️🤗
