today i’m savoring that feeling of conquering an early morning workout 🙌🏻☀️ i went to @purebarre_elmgrove after a few weeks off from classes due to our crazy busy schedule (a) it was tough but felt so good 💪🏼(b) i didn’t prepare for Rush not waking up to nurse in the night and didn’t wake up early enough to pump, so i had to work out FULL of milk 😳🍼 (c) i now feel like i’ve run a marathon before 10a with all i’ve already accomplished.
it’s not always easy to fit fitness in. some days am really, really tired or have an impossible schedule or Mark is traveling which limits many of my options. making it work — fitness, movement, self care — is worth it though. even if it is one more thing, one extra item on your calendar, it does WONDERS for your mind, body and soul. make time for it + make it a priority, mamas. those endorphins will change you in all the best ways. ✨
