Sooooo many people are obsessed with what they will achieve with so many things in life. Health and fitness or more commonly obsessed about is weight loss.
For the people that commit with us and stick to it with us, they find out in the long run that’s it’s not about the weight loss or just the goals they are achieving. They find they love not the pounds they lost, but everything they gained and the person they are becoming or have become!
Today I want you to focus on that. Don’t focus about what you will achieve. Think about what you will become. Strong, confident, empowered, energized, healthy, etc.
What you will become is so much greater than that weight you will lose.
