I am calling this a FRESH start⚡️ The last few months have been hectic to say the least I visited a naturopath and have sorted out a lot of issues with my health which is a huge positive but it also meant my exercise took a back seat which is fine by me as I managed to still lose 7kg solely through changing my diet I am now dairy free, grain free and eat a low carb diet which suits my body and makes me feel great🤗 I was very excited to get back into exercise tonight with a 7 minute run and BBG Week 1 Legs🎉🎉 safe to say I majorly struggled but I got it done and I feel amazing👌🏼ft. I’m currently liking my new thing of alternating between a food post and a gym selfie, not for any reason just think it’s look better then constantly the same thing and me bombarding you with random bits of info :p . Anyway, this pic was taken the day where my period was at its peak, I went to winter wonderland the day before and I woke up feeling BOMB 💣 this is also the day that I worked out just like this (plus a jumper to go around my waist I ain’t that confident yet) but I have never liked my body so much as I have done right now. I’m eating more then usual, working out only 3 days a week and having “cheats” when I want 🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m feeling lean, my legs and 🍑 are starting to look better and more round and my stomach is looking a lot flatter 🦑 it’s taken me about 5/6 years to workout what type of things work for my body and I’m only at the beginning! So don’t get discouraged if something doesn’t work for you, your body is unique and that means creating a unique plan/lifestyle that works for you! . But so far ya girl is proud of how my bodies reacting to this new style of training 💪🏻

#bbgweek1 done!! Just finished up the last workout of the week. Can’t wait to get more weeks under my belt and build up my stamina again 🥵🥵🥵 it’s funny, I’ve been on this fitness journey for a little over 3 years and there has been so many bumps and lumps on the road. Can you tell I’m a little obsessed with crumpets at the minute? 🤪 I go through these food cravings where I HAVE to have a certain food everyday. Hence if you scroll down you tend to see a similar thing when it comes to my meals 😂 gonna try and have a staple 3/4 meals that I know are tasty AF,portable friendly and high in protein 😍 eggs are a must cause I mean, eggs are probably one of the best foods ever 😂 . Heeeey friends... So I’ve been kind of in a bit of a funk ever since I got back from my wedding... so like September? I worked really hard this summer, eating well & daily exercise. Ever since I got back, I’ve been lucky to workout even 4 times a week. I’ve been eating lots of chips and lots of sandwiches from vending machine at work and candy. And brownies. Umm, and I baked some Christmas tree cookies the other day 🥺 I’ve fallen into a bit of seasonal depression, stopped caring about fitness, stopped caring about what I’ve been consuming. Aaaand I’ve gained my weight back lol. I did #bbgweek1 Arms today and felt so incredibly disheartened. Im not in shape like I used to be and it’s incredibly hard. I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired, so today, well yesterday lol, I’m making a change. I’m going to be trying to consume a lot more veg, a lot more lean proteins, etc. I’m making a point this winter to really work on my health. I did it once and I can do it again. New Years is right around the corner and my resolution is to get back into good shape and maintain it, take care of myself. I really want to lose a few pounds and feel fit again. I don’t think that’s something to be ashamed of. I used to be so confident and felt soo good but I’ve recently been very down about myself. Hey hi so ya girl is hungry AF so I’m typing this as I speak 😂 but today was buuusssuu and kind of a disaster at the same time 😂😂 . Since my recipes are so popular, I am going to do more of them so be prepared!⁣ ⁣ This is a recipe that I have been using dor years now. I started making it at the very beginning of my fitness journey. You can easily adjust the portions of ingredients to add more protein or more carbs. ⁣ ⁣ A lot of fat in this recipe comes from the olive oil so if you want a bit less fat, just use less olive oil and a better baking pan 😁⁣ ⁣ The syrup I used here is from @myproteinnl. GUYS let me tell you something I did today!!!!! I worked out in JUST a sports bra 🦑🦑 I wasn’t planning too, I ran out of tops to wear to the gym and I only had my jumper and I started to over heat so I had to take it off 😂 but giiiiirrrrllll I felt fly AF thought I was gonna look like a blob this morning as period bloat AND went to winter wonderland so ate a lot of food but your girl felt slim today 💪🏻💪🏻 . I’m not saying this to be like “oh look at me I worked out in a bra” well I am but I’m saying because I used to HATE my body and pick out every single little detail that could be “wrong” so I am happy as hell that I could workout on my period (that’s a win in itself really) I’m only a sports bra and be confident as fuck 💁🏻‍♀️ . What’s something that you guys are proud of for doing in the gym? Can be something simple like wearing a tight top or shorts or hitting a new PB! Let me know in the comments 😍😍😍 . my LAST antibiotic for my appendix rupture 3 weeks ago. ••• now I can finally stop having to time my nursing/pumping around these bad boys (6 a day, all obnoxiously spaced out!) and nurse on demand, pump when I need to, and work a little harder to sleep “train” my baby! ••• my breastfeeding “journey” has been off and on, between him being in the nicu and bottle feeding him from the start, finally nursing but using a shield, then having to stop breastfeeding all together 3 weeks ago for a week bc of my appendix (the meds I was on) and bottle feeding only during that time, and then finally the last few weeks nursing again while weaning him off the shield. it’s been hard work but I’m here to tell you - it CAN be done!🙌🏼 breastfeeding is important to me and I was determined to make it work! now he’s mostly just nursing (without a shield!) and using bottles a few times a day/night so dad can help.🍼🤱🏼I love that he is able to do both, and am glad I stuck with it despite the pains and struggles!🤱🏼💕 ••• I’m off to get #bbgweek1 legs🦵🏼(is that not the most uncomfortable emoji to look at?!😆) done, thanks to @whitlayne! thanks for the motivation-I have every excuse in the world to NOT work out this week and to start “next week” (I have dr apts each day this week-intense apts that either put me out and/or take 3 hours and make me sick..ct scan tomorrow, EGD procedure the next day..) but I got cleared for exercise last week and I’ve been waiting too long for this!💪🏼🔥 ••• #fedisbest #breastfeeding #nursing #tiupostpartum #postpartum #postpartumanxiety #appendicitis #type1strong #activemom #bbgpwrcrew #bbgcommunity #pwrprogram #deathbykayla #tiuholidayhustle #holidayhustle #tiucheckin #tiuteam #tiumom #bbgmoms

11 months ago I started on my #louiseparkermethod #LPMTransform and lost 20 lbs and looked fantastic. This summer, I was sick with a sinus infection for 3 months, off and on antibiotics, on a steroid, and I was just miserable and let all my good habits go. I picked up easy food instead of cooking food at home - out to lunch and picking up dinner, along with a glass (or two or three) of wine, and, well, 15lbs later 🙄 (crazy how easily it creeps back on at 35 😬😬😬) my jeans don’t fit and I am once again sporting a muffin top, along with being tired and blah. So, I am resetting, reclaiming all of my good habits, and undertaking a new round of #LPMTransform, along with #bbgtransformation. Today’s self care included watching the OC Real Housewives reunion. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Why? Because at the moment I needed to do something just for me without a need to justify it to anyone else. I needed something relaxing where I didn’t have to think or move my body, just BE. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My point being- take some time for yourself every day... whether it’s an hour, 30 minutes or only 5 minutes (lookin at you MOMS). Reserve some ME TIME. It doesn’t have to be “fancy” like yoga or journaling - it can be anything you want it to be.🖤💁🏼‍♀️I was just like whatup @bravoandy

On the left photo I was restricting my diet way too much (which led to a period of orthorexia) and I was constantly checking my legs in the mirror to see if they were still skinny or getting skinnier. It was the first thing I did in the morning and the last thing I did at night ☹️. I stopped hanging out with my friends because I didn’t want to eat anything unhealthy (even bread because “cArBs MaKe yOu FaT” - they don’t btw and they’re delicious). . There’s nothing wrong with being skinny as long as you’re healthy. If you stop enjoying foods you love because you want to look a certain way, if you stopped going out with your friends and family in order to control yourself or if you think your worth depends on the way you look you have to stop. You can eat EVERYTHING you want (in moderation) and still get the body you like and your worth should be based on who you are as a person and not on how you look. . Lifting weights makes me feel powerful and like a badass and allowing myself to eat anything I want is pretty amazing (although of course the base of your diet should be healthy and nutritious food). Ps. Guess who’s having pizza for dinner (🙋🏽‍♀️)

My run benefitted from a little natural blood doping today 😁. First selfie at the new gym 😄 ^ that’s me almost breaking my back and getting caught 2 seconds later by a woman and I didn’t know if she spoke Spanish or not so I just stood there and didn’t say anything and it was the most awkward thing that has happened to me in like 3 months.
