Of course you’ve heard of setting goals, but what type of goals do you set? Do you write down an end date as 3 months out? 1 month? I for sure do, but I found myself forgetting I need to focus on short term…
Now, every Sunday, I pick ONE thing that I want to focus on for the week. Just one thing.. maybe it’s workout at a certain time every day, drink X amount of water each day, or going to bed by a certain time each night!
Just keep it simple.. it all adds up!✌🏼
