It’s been a pretty crazy two weeks between birthdays & holidays. My schedule has been all over, as has my eating habits. I don’t mean I had too much birthday cake one day, I mean it’s been 14 days of a sugar dragon creeping in and taking over. My health, mind, and and energy is suffering. .
Years ago I’d be in a state of panic and depression, obsessing over the scale. Truth is, I hVent looked at it. I know I’m not feeling my best and that’s what I chose to repair. Being “skinny” or even “fit” does not equate to being HEALTHY.
Remember that. Chase overall health, not a look of fitness. When you’re healthy, all else will fall into place 🌱
