I crave them often, so I eat them often. Play along with me in your kitchen.
There’s zero cooking involved! And no cooking means less dishes, which means more time for sunshine and exercise and spending time with your loved ones.
Sashimi bowls can go in many different directions, so here’s a base to pivot from.
🔹Here I have a hidden bed of spinach, instead of the traditional rice
(you can also go half+half..because lets be real: rice and spinach taste nothing alike)
🔹topped with salmon sashimi
🔹drizzle of sesame oil and coconut amigos (or soy sauce if it sits well with you) and ta-da!
I forgot to add the sesame seeds before taking this picture so go ahead and sprinkle those on for aesthetic points and some extra healthy fats 😉
If you’re vegetarian, throw in some marinated tofu using sesame oil, soy sauce, pineapple juice, ginger, sesame seeds, chili garlic sauce—just an idea!
Above all, listen to your body.
What I eat isn't necessarily what you should eat.
