I was in way better condition back in April this year at age 41 than I had been at age 21.
But I had gained some fat and lost a little fitness over the winter and this motivated me to get my game back on point.
So began my summer shred 2018 adventure!
Getting shredded for summer this year has probably been the most fun I've ever had with my fitness and body condition.
Over the last few years I've got to a place where I simply know what buttons to press to make the changes I want happen.
Although that's not to say it's easy, this confidence in my process makes the whole thing a really enjoyable ride.
Having so many of you sharing it with me by following my Summer Shred plan has made it extra special too!

By the way, I'm not saying there's anything wrong with how my body was in April, and I'm definitely not asking for people's opinions on which they prefer. (You can guess the kind of comments I've got on these kinds of posts before 😉). I'm just feeling great about the changes I've achieved and want to share it with you.
