I really mean me, I don’t want to generalize anyone in to a group because there many braver than I.

Another important message for everyone on a really beautiful day. Stress can be a motivator, but a dangerous one because it can easily and wildly get out of keep. Take a moment to breathe and realize you really accomplish little if anything when stressed.

I don’t see how this is racist, but I have in the past overlooked things much to my regret. If someone can see it, please explain. I thought this was just some type of promotion similar to when a celebrity promote a drink, but I feel like it’s just getting attention because it has to do with seasoning, something affiliated w/ black people especially in spam/stan media.

I’ve seen so many posts in the past week about black people, black women, dying because of physician discriminatory negligence. Videos of doctors admitting to the fact they believe or choose to believe black women have higher pain tolerance at their expense sometimes to the point of their life. I’ve read about Kim Porter who truly truly deserves better, she let doctors know about this so far in advance. I’ve seen it happen in my own family to the point where a condition developed so horribly to where we could put death on a timeline and it’s horrible. No excuse. I have so much more to say on this issue, but I’ll leave it for another day.

Do people really not believe in climate change? Global warming? 💀If anyone who doesn’t believe in it & sees this post, please let me know why. I’m interested.

I’m ashamed to know I didn’t know everything said here about Joe Biden, and honestly, God bless that man. I’m not here to start an argument about Trump because you probably know what I’m going to say, and I just don’t have the energy (for today).

This has really hit home with me... If Kim Porter, a wealthy Black woman who had access to the best doctors in the world, STILL wasn’t listened too, where does that leave the rest of us? . And what makes it worse is that sooo many other black women are speaking out on social media about similar experiences where doctors have ignored them and later discovered they have a life threatening illness or condition!! #speakup . #doabg #kimporter #serenawilliams #blackwomen #blackdoctors #blacklivesmatter #doctors #injustice #justice #ourvoicematters #blacklives #staywoke #blackwomenmatter
